In the lesson I was asked to plan the publication of my magazine with sorting out things such as the font in which certain things would be and information about the magazine. This is to help to production of the magazine.

Title:IMM     Britannic Bold

Positioning Statement: Uks number 1 Indie Music Magazine

Frequency of Publication: Weekly

Price: £2.00

Distribution: Newsagents, Supermarkets, Music Shops and at music venues e.g. at concerts

Rationale:  The approach of the magazine is very much to inform the reader about anything to do with the genre Indie/rock. It will mainly feature up and coming bands and artists some who are underrated with a insight into the life of them, this is so people have a chance to listen to new music.

Style: Informal and sometimes humorous to make the reader feel more relaxed with the magazine (but not so much that it becomes annoying)   The magazine is aimed at an audience who like the genre indie/rock and will allow the reader an insight into the world of that genre. Music terms will be used and paragraphs will be quite long.

Images will be very dominant to the magazine
